The 23rd Annual Taste of Tri-Village draws nearly 3,000 Formerly known as The Taste of Upper Arlington, this yearâs event, held on August 4th, was a great success. While there were a few changes this year that changed the footprint of the event from yearsâ past, the event still attracted nearly 3,000 patrons and over 50 vendors. This yearâs presenting sponsor was PNC Bank, while other event sponsors included Chingle, Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital, Wright-Patt Credit Union, JackFM, James Hardie, Kroger, ThisWeek Community News, CityScene Magazine, HHH CPA Group and the City of
Upper Arlington. âWe had a beautiful day, a great crowd, outstanding entertainers and a solid overall event,â said Michelle Wilson, Executive Director of the newly-formed, Tri-Village Chamber Partnership. âOverall feedback has been very positive and we had a wonderful time interacting with the local community.â One exciting addition to this yearâs Taste event was adding a partnership with a local charitable organization. Patrons might have noticed a full-size COTA bus on the eastern edge of the event that was
filled with donations for the OSU Star House. The Star House serves local youth facing homelessness and other challenges. NextLevel Gives organized the fundraising portion of the event for the Star House and raised more than their goal of $60,000 to fund their project, The Abundance Bus.
