Colton Wandke is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for identifying, structuring, and executing complex financial transactions. His deep experience in transaction advisory and innovative capital structuring has enabled him to confidently guide organizations in navigating critical financial decisions. Colton is a Co-Founder and Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, a leading corporate advisory and business analytics firm based in Puerto Rico. In this role, he heads the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives, focusing specifically on transaction advisory, tax credits, grants, and debt financing programs. Through his leadership, DECA has become the preferred firm for innovation-driven companies conducting research and development in Puerto Rico. His efforts have been pivotal in helping these businesses navigate incentive programs, remain compliant, and access non-dilutive capital from federal and local grants and transferable R&D tax credits. Wandke is also a founding Partner at the PR Innovation Fund (PRIF), a specialized lender managing around $34 million in assets. The fund provides customized financing solutions for research and development-focused businesses in Puerto Rico. In this capacity, he oversees underwriting, ensures proper due diligence, and structures financing opportunities that meet the specific needs of high-growth, innovation-driven companies. In addition to his work at DECA and PRIF, Colton is a Founding Member of Assured Cyber Solutions (ACS), a veteran-majority-owned firm specializing in reducing cyber risks across the public and private sectors. At ACS, he manages the firm’s financial operations and contributes to its strategic growth initiatives, leveraging his expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the technology sector.
