s we start the 2020 real estate selling season, the general market in the Denver metro area is feeling the sizzle. We are hearing of many multiple-offer situations, especially for properties that are priced below $500,000. It all depends on the area, the price, and the condition of the home. However, the general consensus among the realtors I work with is that the 2020 real estate market will strongly favor sellers in the entry-level market. This does not mean that your home will be sold at the speed of light in 2020. If you are thinking about selling a home, you cannot price your home way above the market or have your home in terrible shape. So, what are some ways to prepare your home for the buyer frenzy and the Top Dollar? The first thing the future buyer will
notice will be the front yard. Make sure you have a great looking yard and especially clean the front door area well. Be sure to sweep all the spider webs and dirt around the front entry! Many homeowners utilize the garage entrance instead of the front door and don’t realize how dirty the front entrance is. Secondly, make sure you either touch up or repaint the entire interior of the home with new paint and clean the carpet or make sure it is presentable.
Third, make sure all of your light bulbs are working. Fourth, be sure to make all noticeable repairs to your home. Fifth, hang a “Welcome Home” sign or similar signs that welcome your new homeowners. Sixth, “De-Clutter, De-Clutter, De-Clutter” as well as de-personalize the home. If you have many family photos, then you may want to take some down as it may psychologically impact
the future homeowner to feel that the house is not their own home. Seventh, I would definitely eliminate any bad odors. Don’t overshoot the market! Many researches point to ultimately higher selling price if you sell your house within 30 days on the market. BTS Prepares to Take Off Worldwide Map of the Soul Tour Dates & Venues

TS will be soaring through the skies on yet another world tour: “BTS Map of the Soul Tour"! On January 22, Big Hit Entertainment shared a poster revealing the dates and locations for BTS’s upcoming world tour. The first announcement includes a total of 37 shows in 17 cities around the world. The tour kicks off at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul on April 11. The group will then move on to perform at stadiums in the United States, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. US locations include L.A.,
Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Chicago. Fans in Colorado will have to plan a trip to catch a glimpse of these idols. Curiously, concerts on June 13 and 14 are included in the poster without a location, raising anticipation for where they will be held. A source from Big Hit Entertainment and Soompi shared, “After successfully wrapping up their ‘Love Yourself’ tour last year, [BTS] will begin their new ‘Map of the Soul Tour.’ We have only revealed the dates and locations that have been confirmed, and the other
