Workshop for Business Leaders and Professionals
Immerse yourself inside the Colorado Symphony for an unforgettable experience as Maestro Roger Nierenberg takes the podium to lead this interactive program around leadership and collaboration. Your attention will be drawn to fascinating and unexpected organizational dynamics within the orchestra, as Maestro Nierenberg leads the highly trained musicians of the Colorado Symphony through a series of demonstrations and exercises, culminating in a performance. From your seat on the stage, you’ll have the rare opportunity to be an active participant as you gain insights into your own leadership potential from the musicians around you.
Roger Nierenberg, former Music Director of the Jacksonville Symphony and author of Maestro: A Surprising Story about Leading by Listening, created The Music Paradigm as a way to bring new audiences to live orchestral music.
