Roger Nierenberg, former Music Director of the Jacksonville Symphony and author of Maestro: A Surprising Story about Leading by Listening, created The Music Paradigm as a way to bring new audiences to live orchestral music. Widely recognized as one of the pioneers in this unique field, he has led sessions like this one for hundreds of organizations in over 30 different countries.
