What do I like most about it? I love the climate and the mountains and I love working with the people who live here as well as the people who want to relocate here.

I always inform my sellers they will never have a second chance to make a first impression with a buyer, so make certain their home is ready for showings. What is the one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? I always ask my buyers to take a few minutes and get prequalified for a home loan with a lender. They will then find a comfort level with what they can afford to purchase. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate? I sold a home to a retired couple only to discover the home had a ghost occupying the master bedroom.
