What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house? Have a plan! It is all about first impressions; a clean, tidy and uncluttered home goes a long way. There are so many easy and inexpensive ways to clean and fix up your home and have it looking its best.
What is the most challenging part of what you do? Keeping current on the constant changing regulations and market conditions, I am grateful to be with a great and reputable company, which has endless resources to keep me current so I can serve my clients to the best of my ability.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Take your time and find the house and neighborhood that feels perfect for you and your family. You will know when you meet the ONE! What is the most unusual thing you have encountered while working in Real Estate? While showing a property to buyer clients, I had a European man enter the property. In a heavy accent, he immediately told me he would take it and had cash ready to buy. He did not understand when I explained it wasn’t my listing and there was a process to buy. I wish it was my listing!
