How long have you worked in Real Estate? My husband and I have been buying and selling real estate since the late 90s and I have been licensed in the state of Colorado for a year. I love all aspects of being a Real Estate Broker; dealing with people, helping people buy and sell their homes, educating people on the market it’s such a rewarding profession.

What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with? I especially love working with people that relocate to Colorado. I have such passion about living here and my exuberance is infectious. I know what it’s like to move here from another state and I can empathize with the client to make it a seamless transition. People can count on me for a smooth transaction from the house hunt-

What is the most challenging part of what you do? Finding the perfect homes for my wonderful Buyers when our inventory is as low as it has been. The market is changing for the better and I know our inventory levels are on the rise. I was so happy to see that we (Denver Metro) were recently ranked #7 in the country for top moving destinations. What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working? I enjoy world travel, scrapbooking, and hiking, fundraising for local charities, pet therapy in local hospitals with my Sheltie, Stirling and spending quality time with my husband and dog. What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house? Now is a great time to sell. Inventory is low and there are Buyers that are looking for that one special property. What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Your dream home is out there, it just takes patience and perseverance. Take advantage of the ridiculously low interest rates! Now is a great time to buy! What is the most unusual thing you have encountered while working in Real Estate? Overbids on homes…LOVE IT!
