Denver, Colorado How long have you lived in Colorado? I am a Colorado native and have lived in Colorado my entire life. What do you like most about it? Colorado offers a very diverse quality of life. Every age can take advantage of the ‘great outdoors’ and seasonal activities like snow skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, cross country skiing, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, and hiking numerous scenic trails. The metropolitan area offers the arts, major sporting events like professional baseball, football, hockey, soccer, variety of charitable events, as well as festivals, fairs, and cultural events.
Given the number of years I have lived in the Denver area and my experience in the real estate business, I have the unique ability to identify communities located in the Front Range and within the State of Colorado that match a client’s lifestyle. The knowledge of the area over the years has afforded me the advantage of knowing areas of growth and opportunity.
What is the most challenging part of what you do? Every market has its challenges and has its opportunities. Having a clear understanding of your client’s needs grants the opportunity to take advantage of the current conditions to play in favor of the client. The ideal time to buy/ sell real estate depends on the client’s needs, not necessarily the economic conditions. What do you most enjoy doing when you are not working? Colorado offers a multitude of outdoor activities for all lifestyles and seasons. I share my free time with family and friends while enjoying a powder ski day in the winter, a mountain hike during the summer or one of the many

What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house? Select a REALTOR with the utmost integrity who has the ability to understand the ‘buyer profile’ most likely to buy that sellers’ property coupled with state of the art marketing to find that buyer. What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Look for guidance from an experienced REALTOR who will show you areas and properties that match your needs. Select an agent who will represent you and protect your interests. Understanding the buying process from prequalification, through inspection, appraisal, and closing are essential to every transaction. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? Each transaction is a unique experience with diverse needs and lifestyles. One specific experience that comes to mind was a client who was legally blind and purchased a penthouse condo downtown with a mountain view. Although one might wonder why a blind person would want a mountain view, this buyer’s needs may not have been so evident given her limitations.
