Following 7½ hours of deliberation, a jury of his peers determined former deputy Andrew Buen was guilty of criminally negligent homicide for the five shots he fired into Christian Glass’s windshield, killing him early in the morning of June 11, 2022. Colorado 5th Circuit Judge Catherine Cheroutes has set an 8:30 a.m. April 14 sentencing date for Buen. Parker the Snow Dog was killed in a car crash in Kremmling on Christmas Eve next to his life-long friend and handler, Dustin Schaefer, who was also injured in the crash,
