What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? When I was showing a vacant property one night, the owner happened to drive by and saw several of us in there with flashlights looking around; he called the police. When we exited the property, we opened the front door and were greeted by several police officers with guns drawn. It took a few minutes for me to convince them that I was not a thief. My buyers will probably never forget that night. They didn’t purchase that property, either.
