Warehouse Technician AngloGold Ashanti (Colorado) Corp., manager for the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Technician/Parts Runner at the mine site located two miles east of Cripple Creek, Colorado. The successful candidate will be working in the warehouse pulling parts; unloading items from delivery trucks, verifying physical goods received and place them in proper storage areas and other general warehouse duties as assigned. Warehouse experience desired. Position will support various departments by assembling work packages and delivering to appropriate locations on the mine site. Will require a strong organizational, detail oriented background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate will be responsible for promoting and enforcing company and MSHA safety regulations, ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of all departments and its employees with which the incumbent interacts. Must be able to maintain a safe and clean warehouse and perform daily safety inspections. Will need to have the ability to safely operate a truck with manual transmission with gooseneck trailer and to operate forklifts. Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to operate (or be trained on) delivery equipment such as flatbed truck/trailer and various types of forklifts (6000 to 20,000 pounds), overhead crane. Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs and carry short distances. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
