Where were you born? Fox Lake, Illinois How long have you lived in the area? I essentially grew up here, almost a native as I moved to Denver when I was 12.
the people you work with? Delivering an exceptional, memorable home buying and/or selling experience for my customers is my priority, and my specialty.
a house? “Put on your Sunday-best!” You need to invest the time and energy to present the best possible face; and listen to your Realtor, of course!
What is the most challenging part of what you do? Today’s challenge is the limited inventory. Being on top of the market to take full of advantage of the best on the market when it becomes available.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Have an open mind – sometimes getting what you want is giving up what you planned.
What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working? Enjoying jet skiing at Chatfield Reservoir with my family, hiking in the foothills or surrounding trails.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? My husband (ha, ha!) I met my husband through my first real estate job! And he is unusual, but in a good way! What do you like most about it? I enjoy the quaintness of downtown Littleton along with its convenient access to the mountains. Our location truly ‘has it all’ – small town charm, the worldclass city offerings of Denver just minutes away, and the mountain recreation in our backyard. What more can you ask for? How long have you worked in Real Estate? Real estate, in some form, has been my life for almost 20 years. I worked in the homebuilding industry for many years and am now enjoying the variety of the resale market.
