What do you most enjoy doing when you are not working? Skiing, playing golf, jogging and working out. I wish I could add cooking… so does my family. What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house? My favorite line is: “It’s a price war and a beauty contest”. If you want to SELL your home, have a stager come in (I’ve got a great one) and show you how to be the prettiest girl on the block and then price your home realistically. What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Hire a seasoned Realtor that knows the market area you want to live in. The market is improving and it’s not the Buyer’s market of the past few years. If you find the perfect home that meets your needs, do not wait to make an offer or you may be too late. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? I was locked in a condominium once by a woman who wouldn’t let me leave and then she decided to take her clothes off.
