Every time I mention my hometown, people ask me if I am a Husker Fan. I always tell them when Colorado plays Nebraska, I am never disappointed with the outcome, I like to keep them guessing! How long have you lived in the area? 33 Years. I went to Fairview High School in Boulder and graduated from the University of Northern. Colorado.

What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with? My specialty is marketing homes with a proven system that is guaranteed to get homes sold in 60 days or less – which has consistently outperformed the MLS averages. What is the most challenging part of what you do? Our contracts, laws, and lending standards are constantly changing. We need to constantly take continuing education classes so we can serve our clients at the very highest level.

Experienced agents have networks that can help you find the home you are looking for which may not even be listed in the MLS. This can help put you in position of getting the home you want at the very best price. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? Wow, hard to answer this one. It seems every day can be a little unusual in this business. While showing homes, I have been nipped at by dogs, videotaped by a neighbor who thought I was breaking into a home, and was even invited to stand at a new clients’ wedding a week after closing.
