Where were you born? Windom, Minnesota and I grew up in Minneapolis. How long have you lived in the area? I have lived and worked in the Littleton—Centennial area since 1979. What do you like most about it? I love the weather…four seasons but not severe, and lots of sunshine. I love Littleton where you get a small town atmosphere with quick and easy access to everything a big city has to offer.

What is the most challenging part of what you do? Right now, as the market is changing, finding homes that fill most of what a Buyer wants is more difficult. On the other hand, it makes selling much easier than it was a year or two ago. What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working? I love to spend time with my grandchildren, being outdoors walking and biking with friends, my flowers and yard. In addition, I love movies and travel when there is time. Participating in the community is important to me and I volunteer at the Littleton Museum and serve on the Board of Bemis Library. What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a house? Walk up to and through your home pretending you are a Buyer. It helps to see all of the “stuff ” that is
not drawing the Buyers’ attention and they can focus on all of the good things about your house. What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a house? Think about, and make a list of what you do want, what you don’t want, what you must have and what you definitely do not want. It helps your trusted Realtor find what you will like and save you time. Your list may adjust throughout the process, but it is a great start. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in Real Estate? It seems that there are always new and different things to learn from and adapt to, and each new client brings new relationships and personalities. Each is unique but none have been that unusual...so far!
