I was born in Colorado and raised in deep in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in New Mexico. My lineage is German and Spanish and I grew up speaking, reading and writing Spanish. Being bilingual really helps me with diverse clientele. How long have you lived in the area? Since 1980 when we visited my sick grandmother we ended up staying here.

What is the most challenging part of what you do? Dealing with those unforeseen events that tend to arise when you’re least expecting them in an attempt to keep the deal

What do you like most about it? The mixture of being a Cosmopolitan City yet within a comfortable driving distance to some of the most breathtaking mountain sceneries and with 300 days of sunshine who could complain…. During a late night showing appointment of a vacant home unusual sounds started coming from opposite ends of them home which rendered a inquisitive look upon all of our faces….needless to say, it made for an uneasy feeling when we were they only one’s in the home……We couldn’t get to the car fast enough!
