Jane’s guidance and input was invaluable to ensuring that limb different children can see themselves represented authentically in books and we are very grateful to her and the LimbBo Foundation for this. It's so lovely for our limb different children to see themselves represented in a book and doing the same things as all the other children there. Down's Syndrome Research Foundation Elizabeth Corcoran, chair of the Down’s Syndrome Research Foundation UK, reviewed the character depiction of Stella in Stella and the Dragon. Her feedback, alongside insights from others at the Foundation who reviewed the book, was incredibly informative and enhanced our understanding.
It is exciting to read the unfolding story about Stella and the Dragon as the children enjoy and embrace their imagination.
