The Tribal College and University Research Journal (TCURJ) is published by the American Indian College Fund. This volume was made possible with funding from the Henry Luce Foundation. The College Fund believes it is critical to support tribal college faculty in conducting research that benefits Native communities and disseminating that research to Native communities and the wider research community. The lead authors are current faculty and staff at tribal colleges and universities. Manuscripts are reviewed anonymously by an editorial board of scholars from a range of fields.
