The vote for adoption of the new Bylaws has been on the horizon , for several months as the Bylaws Committee of the ACD has worked for two years to re ect current practice, as well as to follow the Laws of the State of Maryland, where the College is incorporated. The bylaws have already been reviewed by the College’s Board of Regents and attorney. Please see acd.org for a side-by-side comparison of the current bylaws and the proposed bylaws. The second piece of the vote is for the o ce of President Elect.
