TALK We know the winters can be tough, but let the image above remind us that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, or in this case, an ice cave. One day soon the sun will shine, the snow will melt away, and flowers will bloom. Until then, let’s enjoy the 2022 Winter Olympics. If you have the chance, hit the slopes! We ended 2021 on a high note at The Jane for our annual holiday party. For those who made it, we hope you had as much fun as we did! We hope everybody was able to relax and recharge as much as possible over the holidays. As we kicked off the new year we got together in Killington, Vermont for our annual Stonefield Ski Trip. This was our first year back in a couple of years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. As the seasons change, we look forward to events like Project Stonefield, the return of our Spring Social, and many more fun things together. Hibernation mode is almost over! Enjoy what’s left of Winter and let’s get ready for a great Spring 2022 and the Year of the Tiger! Lot’s of new things coming to Stonefield in 2022, so stay tuned. You can expect growth like you’ve never seen it before. We aim to reach unimaginable heights together for years and years to come. Replace Yourself.

SKI TRIP We certainly hope everybody who attended the ski trip had as much of a blast as we did. For those who couldn’t make it this year, we would love to see you come out next year. Don’t feel discouraged if you’ve never done it before, we had quite a few first-timers this year, and they all had a blast. A recap for those who couldn’t attend: Friday night, Stonefielders arrived, checked into their rooms, and met in the hotel restaurant for dinner. After dinner we met up in the hot tub outside to get warmed up for the afterparty in the recreational area. There, we had a few drinks, jammed to some music, and played some ping pong. After a snowy Friday night, we got up bright and early Saturday to hit the slopes. It was the perfect day up on the mountain, and after hours of shredding, some of us hit the pool, hot tub, and sauna to relax a bit before another fun-filled night. We all enjoyed an excellent dinner at the local hibachi restaurant and walked across the street to The Pickle Barrel for live music and drinks. The time flew by while we were all on the dancefloor and before we knew it, it was time to leave. On Sunday some of us hit the slopes once again while some others hit the spa for a massage. Then, that afternoon we all headed back home to start work bright and early Monday morning.

Project stonefield Project Stonefield is coming to you live in March 2022. Remember, the most important project that we work on day in and day out is Stonefield. This annual get-together is an opportunity to look back at what we accomplished in years past, but most importantly, it is a time to talk about what we are doing in the present moment. We shine light on what it is we do to make Stonefield an exceptional community of human beings striving to build a better company every day. We all play a major role in shaping Stonefield - which is why it’s important that we take some time to come together and talk about what we are setting out to achieve in 2022.
