Crisp air, earlier sunsets, and that shift in energy — Fall has officially landed. After a fast-moving Spring and a Summer jam-packed with milestones, site visits, and sunshine, we’re stepping into a season built for thankfulness, change, and beauty. The sky, trees and leaves are alive with tremendous texture and color that we experience no other time of the year – crystal blue, vibrant yellows, deep purples and reds. Look up every once in a while. And with that a signal that the holidays are right around the corner, and a new year is already peeking over the horizon. When is the appropriate time to start decorating for Christmas? Time to jump on it! In this issue, we’re taking you from local favorite deli counters to mountain trails with Squeeze’s Selects, sharing some favorite fall eats, sounds, and scenes. We’re also welcoming new faces, rolling into two new office homes — a fresh home base in Tampa and the big move from Princeton to Asbury Park — and spotlighting the incredible work happening coast-to-coast as our bank teams continue shaping communities nationwide. You’ll catch a look back at Project Stonefield, sit down with the three top-voted crews to find out how their videos came to be so successful, and pick up some smart travel habits from IT Mike and Louie before holiday trips kick off (yes, this is your seasonal reminder that airport Wi-Fi is not your friend). And while pumpkin-spice season hits its stride, mark your calendars — the annual holiday party this year takes place in a dimly-lit gilded dance floor that overlooks the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. IT Mike & Nick Kaniewski and their band, Generation Reverb are kicking 2026 off with their second annual benefit show at the Williams Center accompanied by Sergio Cabrera aka Scenarrio. New offices
Two new home bases, two totally different vibes — and both ready to become part of our story in a big way.
First Stop: Asbury Park. Boardwalk energy, ocean breeze, murals and music around every corner — our newest Jersey office has soul built into the walls. This isn’t just a new address; it’s a new adventure planted in one of the most electric shore towns on the East Coast. Summer Fridays walking to the sand, coffee runs steps from indie record shops, and that unmistakable Asbury mix of grit, weirdness and charm — it’s going to be a place where ideas stretch out like beach towels and collaboration feels like a boardwalk crowd on a sunny Saturday. As the weather warms, get ready to make the Shore our summer playground.
Next Stop: Tampa, Harbour Island Palm trees swaying, sunshine that refuses to take a day off, and the kind of year-round warmth that makes you forget winter even exists. Our new Tampa office is planted right in the heart of it — bright, energetic, and on its own little island. Literally, it’s called Harbour Island and what’s better than being completely surrounded by water. Our 8th year in Tampa brings about a new location and new chapter to the journey. Sharing a little preview of what office will look like…if attacked with a Holiday explosion by a little rascal known as Jimmy the Elf.

Public Wi-Fi isn’t a gateway to internet access — It’s a gap in our fortified village. Travel like your data depends on it. When you’re on the road, it’s easy to hop on whatever WiFi pops up. But think of the Stonefield network and all of your personal information as a village protected by fortified stone walls — our VPN. Public Wi-Fi? That’s the flimsy wooden fence in the pictured on the left. Convenient, yes — but wide open to the hoard of hackers rushing toward it like a swarm of hornets whose nest you just smacked with a baseball bat. Using secure networks protects both your accounts and our private company information and systems. Before you head out via planes, trains, or automobiles, give IT a quick ping. They’ll help you prepare for safe travel (and might even share a secret lunch spot or two). On the move, mobile data is king — and your phone hotspot is your laptop’s best friend. If you must use hotel or public Wi-Fi, connect the VPN first, every time. Hackers want one thing: your Microsoft login. With it, they get your email, OneDrive, and more — so let’s keep that gate locked tight. Don’t be the reason IT Louie has to send another SED-All email. Last thing, if you are duped and make a mistake, it’s ok we’ve all done it BUT please contact Omega immediately. And it’s fine, you can say “I don’t know what happened…it’s really strange but…someone must have stolen my computer and entered my information….” We just want to know so we can fix it and protect your information. Simple Rules for Safe Travel Connectivity: 1. Use your phone’s data or hotspot first 2. Only use public Wi-Fi if you must — always with VPN 3. Hotel Wi-Fi > café Wi-Fi > random open networks 4. Something feels off? Contact IT immediately. Travel boldly, connect wisely, and protect the Stonefield village.
