Colin Kennedy

Colin Kennedy is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and along with a minor in Marketing. His passion for real estate developed at a young age, inspired by shows on HGTV and Bravo. He gained hands-on experience through his involvement in his parents' investment properties and made his first real estate investment in July 2020, purchasing a condo in Central Avenue's Grand Central District. After managing and reinvesting the proceeds from that sale into multiple accounts and a property in Downtown St. Petersburg, Colin began an internship with Barkett Realty in January 2024 and became a licensed Sales Associate the same month. During his brief time at Barkett Realty, he has produced approximately three million in sales volume and is dedicated to providing expert assistance to buyers and sellers alike in the real estate market.
