I want to begin this letter by expressing my heartfelt condolences to those who have experienced loss due to the recent hurricanes. Please know that I am here to help, and if you need any support during this difficult time, don’t hesitate to reach out.
It’s hard to believe that we’re already approaching the holiday season, with Thanksgiving just a few weekends away. This time of year is particularly bittersweet for my family as we remember my grandmother, Linda, who passed away a year ago on November 5th. She was the milkshake queen and always offered the best grandmotherly advice. In her honor, my family and I will be cruising on the Wonder of the Seas this Thanksgiving— she always loved Royal Caribbean! I’ll be sure to share all about our journey in my next newsletter.
In the world of real estate, things are keeping me busy! At the end of September, I attended the Sell It conference in New York City, where I gained valuable insights and expert tips from industry leaders like Ryan Serhant and the Bogard Team from SERHANT. I even attended a reunion panel with cast members of the Netflix show "Owning Manhattan!" After an inspiring day of networking and learning, I capped it off with a happy hour at the SERHANT house, which is even more impressive in person!

I’ve also recently celebrated multiple clients home sales/ purchases, and I have multiple listings currently on the market. While the hurricanes posed some challenges, I’m navigating those hurdles and am optimistic about what the future holds.
