With over 20 years in the Real Estate Industry, Tracy Baker, understands that buying or selling of a home is a big decision. Making that decision to take the plunge into the real estate market can be both stressful and exciting. Tracy works tirelessly for her clients to make the buying or selling of a home as smooth and transparent as possible. Tracy grew up in Los Angeles and moved to San Diego, studying Communications and Interior Design at San Diego State University. Tracy loved San Diego so much, she never left. She fell in love with all San Diego has to offer, and she fell in love with her Debate partner at SDSU. They married and had two children who are now in college. Tracy started her professional career as a Corporate Trainer and moved into the retail and event business industry. During her time in the retail world, Tracy and her husband dove into the Real Estate world, buying investment properties. Because none of the properties were turn-key, Tracy quickly learned all there was to know about how a house is put together – from design, planning needs, permits, and managing the construction process from start to finish. Tracy and her
husband have held onto these properties as rental units and several of them are managed on the Airbnb platform where she has earned “Super Host” and “Airbnb Plus” distinctions. As a Realtor, Tracy brings all of this experience to her clients. For Tracy’s clients who are BUYERS she will expertly guide you through the buying process, from making the buying decision itself, to getting financing, to negotiating tireless on your behalf. For her clients that are buying investment properties, Tracy understands that entire process as she has this experience herself. For Tracy’s clients that are SELLING, she understands how to stage and present a home, how to market a home to put that home in the best light for potential buyers, managing and qualifying potential buyers, and then skillfully working with the buyers to complete the sale. For her BUYERS and SELLERS, Tracy guides her clients through the entire process. Her listening skills, combined with her caring nature and knowledge make for a successful real-estate experience. Tracy understands that each client has a unique set of circumstances, and she gives detailed attention to every client, because buying or selling a home is an important life-event and she understands just how important that event is.
