The Luxury Property Specialist is a coveted designation agents can earn through Coldwell Banker in association with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). Anyone may take the course, but to earn the designation, you must also show that you have closed three property transactions within a 24-month period at or above the brand’s Global Luxury Minimum Price Thresholds. The course is self-paced and includes information on marketing options available through the CB Global Luxury program, best practices for conducting a luxury buyer consultation, and networking opportunities to build relationships in the luxury market, plus a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Black Box and a two-year membership to the ILHM. Once you become a Luxury Property Specialist, you will have a bio page with your Global Luxury listings on coldwellbankerluxury.com.
