The Hop Studios project involved the sensitive redevelopment of a landmark building, originally constructed in 1887, into four high-end residential units spread across four floors, including a considerable roof extension. This full turnkey conversion transformed the former commercial office space into three elegant two-bedroom lateral apartments and a penthouse, all completed to a very high standard. The renovation preserved many of the building’s original design features, including antiquated doors, exposed brickwork, and impressive floor-to-ceiling heights, blending historic charm with modern living.

Northdown Street, Kings Cross, involved the demolition of an existing public house and the construction of a new building comprising nine residential units above ground floor commercial space. The scheme included a substantial singlestorey basement excavation, followed by a full in-house fitout once the structure was complete and the building made watertight. This was a logistically complex project, delivered on a tight site bordered by occupied residential properties on both sides.
