Sunny Lyons, center, brought Jack the goat to GranVida Senior Living last week along with other members of Playa del Sur 4-H and their farm animals. GranVida residents got the chance to meet the students’ goats and lambs, and received a free, western-style BBQ lunch; the 4-H visit was part of the city’s scheduled senior programming, according to Kristina Calkins, executive director of the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center.
