the smell coming from Carpinteria Valley greenhouses. Most commenters spoke in favor of requiring carbon scrubbers, which clean up the smell of cannabis inside a greenhouse before it leaves the roof vents; others argued zero odor should be detected past the farms’ property lines, which local cannabis farmers said would be impossible to implement. “It’s been a long time.
