From their humble start with a few Styrofoam tombstones and a spider in 2018, Elizabeth and Peter Coble-Miller now have what’s become a must-see Halloween stop in the community at their Bay Colony home. This year, the family is partnering with Brandywine Valley SPCA of Georgetown to collect tax-deductible donations, food, blankets and necessities for animals at their home from Oct. 31 through Tuesday, Nov. 5. When you enter Bay Colony, turn onto Sawmill Drive and you will be sure to see it on the right side.
