I greet you in the name of our Supreme Basileus. Behold how good and how pleasant it is for Brothers to dwell together in UNITY! The District remains strong through our continuous growth in Friendship and Fellowship. This weekend, we celebrate the Third District's 93rd District meeting here in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A sincere thank you to the Quettes and families for supporting the Brothers; and the Gamma Xi Chapter for hosting the 93rdAnnual Third District Meeting on April 9 - 12, 2026. We also congratulate the Brothers of Gamma Xi on their 50th Chapter Anniversary. We continue to be represented by hard-working chapters and numerous noble Brothers who provide support to our communities in the Third District (Washington, DC, and Virginia), "Where It All Began."

It is with enthusiasm that I offer my sincerest thank you to Brother John Jessup (2026 District Marshal) and the entire membership of the Gamma Xi Chapter for their unwavering commitment to making the 93rdAnnual Third District Meeting a success.

I remain grateful to all the Brothers for allowing me to serve as your 31st Third District Representative. We have initiated and welcomed hundreds of new Brothers over the year. As we persevere and navigate through the current political and economic environment, I pray we will continue to remain strong and faithful to our communities, Living Our Creed, and being the brightest shining light for all our Brothers, Families, Friends, and communities to see and help guide them through the midst of uncertainty. Let us remain prayerful for our Brothers who have gone on to Omega Chapter and their families.

Brothers, we have accomplished numerous notable achievements thanks to your family and your dedication to Omega. Some of these achievements include the Third District's Fatherhood and Mentoring Committee hosting the Third District Youth Leadership, and the Truth and Trauma events impacting hundreds of youth across the Distric� chapters celebrating milestone anniversary years, Brothers celebrating milestone years of service to Omega, and the District Chapters collectively presenting over $100,000.00 in scholarships to numerous deserving youth to further their academic aspirations.

Once again, it has been truly an honor serving as the 31st District Representative of the mighty Third District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
