I am pleased to share that Patrick Connell has joined the Club at La Costa as our new Country Club General Manager. Patrick brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, with a strong background in private clubs, luxury hospitality, overall club operations and food & beverage. Most recently, Patrick served as General Manager at Seville Golf & Country Club, following leadership roles at several private clubs where he focused on elevating the member experience, strengthening team culture, executing renovations and driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, Patrick has demonstrated a passion for creating exceptional experiences and building meaningful relationships with members, guests, and associates. He is particularly passionate about creating a club environment where members feel connected, valued, and proud to call the club their own. Patrick also brings a connection to the Omni family, having previously served as Director of Food & Beverage with Omni Hotels in Austin earlier in his career. I am excited about the experience, energy, and leadership Patrick will bring to La Costa. As we continue to evolve the member experience, his leadership will be an important part of our next chapter. Message from our Club GM Dear Members, As I complete my first week at La Costa, I want to sincerely thank each of you for the incredibly warm welcome. It has been a pleasure meeting so many members and experiencing firsthand the energy and friendships that make up the club. I’m grateful to be part of the La Costa community, and I look forward to getting to know even more of you in the months ahead. A little about me - I am originally from Texas. I have a 22 year old living in Phoenix, Arizona and 21 year old living in San Antonio, Texas. My remaining child at home is a mostly well behaved 6 year old German Shephard. Celebrate America Labor Day Festival SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM | RANGE VIEW LAWN Get ready for an unforgettable Labor Day celebration! DJ entertainment will kick off the evening from 6–8 PM, followed by a live performance from Luke Grimes at 8 PM, with a spectacular drone show closing out the night. Families can also enjoy the Kids Zone featuring carnival games, a petting zoo, and more. Reservations are currently closed. We will be posting membership billing information prior to the concert. Will GolfRoots take bags? How will GolfRoots know what my clubs are worth? GolfRoots has their own trade-in value guide, similar to the industry standard. Trade-in value is determined by the make/model, age and condition of theclub(s). Clubs older than 20 years may not be accepted for credit.
They do not offer trade-in credit for bags.

Lisa put together a strong performance to earn the title and add her name to the list of Club Champions. A fantastic accomplishment and a well-deserved congratulations to Lisa. Lisa still holds her coveted parking spot in the members lot!

2026 Men’s Club Championships Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Men’s Gross & Net Club Championships! It was a fantastic weekend of golf, featuring great competition, exciting finishes, and plenty of memorable moments throughout all three rounds.
🏆 2026 Gross Club Champion Matt Schwarzmann Matt played exceptional golf throughout all three days and delivered when it mattered most. With the championship coming down to the final holes, Matt rolled in a clutch birdie putt on No. 16 before closing out his round with another birdie on No. 18 to secure the championship. An incredible finish and a welldeserved Club Championship!
🏆2026 Net Club Champion Nick Manzi Nick saved his best golf for the biggest moment, putting together an outstanding final round when the pressure was at its highest. He fired a gross 71 (net 64) to make a big move up the leaderboard and capture the Net Club Championship. A tremendous final round and an impressive way to earn the title! Congratulations as well to everyone who finished in the money and won skins throughout the weekend. Thank you to all of our participants for making this year’s championships competitive, exciting, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Bella Dama Recap Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Bella Dama Member-Guest! It was a fantastic celebration of women’s golf, bringing members and their guests together for a memorable event filled with great competition, camaraderie, and plenty of fun on and off the course. Dingles Tournament FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Get ready for a unique and fast-paced tennis experience! Dingles combines singles and doubles into one exciting format. Two doubles teams begin on opposite baselines, with players competing in simultaneous half-court singles points. Once a singles point ends, the remaining ball becomes a full-court doubles point with all four players. A team earns the point by winning both the singles and doubles portions of the round. $30 per member. SIGN UP HERE

Little Sprouts Kids Club Little Sprouts is a drop-off day camp offering engaging, counselor-supervised programs for children ages 6 months12 years, combining interactive activities with fun and entertainment.
Rates • $10 per hour, first 3 hours • $14 per hour per child, after the first 3 hours
Information • Open daily, 8am-4pm • Parents must remain on resort grounds • There's a three-hour maximum for children under 3 years old and non-bathroom independent • Breakfast & Lunch options available daily, please contact Little Sprouts for further information • Member Meal add-on: $9.50 per meal (+tax) Members who cancel less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full reservation amount. All no-call no shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
