Looking Ahead at La Costa
As we prepare to celebrate our nation's 250th birthday, I can't help but reflect on how special this moment feels. I still remember celebrating America's bicentennial, and it reminds me how fortunate I am to be part of The Club at La Costa community during another historic milestone.
Each month, I usually use this space to highlight the exciting events and activities ahead, but you'll find all of those details throughout this newsletter. Instead, I'd like to take a moment to look back and express my gratitude for the incredible memories we've already created together this year.
From Vino & Vision Sound Bath, Comedy Nights, Racquet Mixers, the Memorial Cup, and the Moonlight & Martini Member Mixer to our Annual Easter Celebration, Bob's Uncorked, Sip & Swing, the Annual Padres Outing, and our recent MemberMember Golf Tournament, each event has been made special because of you. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your participation, and for making The Club at La Costa such a vibrant and welcoming community.
Before you enjoy the rest of this month's newsletter, I'd like to share a few friendly reminders to help ensure every member has the best possible experience at the Club:
When making Little Sprouts reservations, please reserve your child in the appropriate age group. If a session is full, joining another age group's list does not constitute a confirmed reservation, and we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate your child.
Children under 12 are welcome to enjoy many Club facilities (with the exception of the Fitness Center and Edge Pool) but must be accompanied by a parent or another adult member. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the locker rooms unless accompanied by a parent or another adult member.

Step onto the South Course for a playful twist on the game you know. Summer Footgolf invites guests of all ages to kick their way across the fairways at golden hour, blending the spirit of soccer with the setting of championship golf. Available Tuesdays through Thursdays from June 11 through July 19, this 9-hole experience takes place on the front nine of the South Course, with tee times beginning at 4:00 PM.
Members enjoy complimentary play. Member guests are welcome at $50 per person. Reservations include a golf cart and soccer ball.
