KONE’s national headquarters previously leased and occupied 35,000 RSF; their goal was to right-size their space to current nee ds for a post-covid workplace. The new space reflects the culture - flexible with unassigned workspaces, lockers to store personal belongings, and collaborative zones. The collaborative zones have been designed to convert easily to accommodate additional workstations as needed for future growth. Several private office s and workstations have been dedicated to specific individuals. The energetic space addresses recruitment and rete ntion by creating an exciting place to com e to work two or three days per week.
