FOU R PIL L A R S , ON E M ET HOD At Clinique La Prairie, longevity is not simply the extension of life. It is the continuous cultivation of a purposeful and fulfilled life, resilient in the face of adversity, in which physical, mental and social health are amplified. For nearly a century, this conviction has shaped a holistic, science-led approach built on four pillars: Medical, Nutrition, Wellbeing and Movement. Each brings its own expertise. None works alone. All four follow the same Five-Step Longevity Method: in-depth assessment, a predictive reading of the results, an ultra-customised design, targeted longevity interventions, and continuous follow-up. What is learned in one pillar informs the others, so that every guest receives one coherent plan rather than four separate recommendations. The treatments in this menu can be added to your programme at any point during your stay. Some deepen what your programme has already begun; others open a pillar it does not cover, or respond to a need that emerges along the way. Medical treatments are arranged with your physician, so that everything you add becomes part of the same plan. Before discovering them, we invite you to understand what each pillar means at Clinique La Prairie, and why it matters.

I — THE MEDICAL PILLAR

PR E C ISION M E DIC I N E F OR T H E Y E A R S A H E A D Most conditions are preceded by a quiet phase, sometimes lasting months or years, in which small disruptions become dysfunction long before they become disease. Clinique La Prairie's longevity medicine is designed to work within that window. It is proactive, preventive, predictive, personalised and participatory: an expansion of conventional medicine, not a replacement for it. Its purpose is threefold: to promote health, to protect it, and to prevent disease by interrupting the path from disruption to dysfunction to disease. OUR APPROACH

THE AIM: MORE YEARS OF FUNCTION, RESILIENCE AND HEALTH, AND A TR AJECTORY THAT CAN BE MEASURED.

Understand deeply > Blood, urine and stool analyses, genetic insight and CLP's ageing signatures reveal not only where health stands today, but where it is heading. Intervene gently > Non-invasive or minimally invasive assessment and care are preferred whenever clinically appropriate, with safety, comfort and proportionality in mind. Design together > A referent physician translates complex findings into clear priorities, co-designed with each guest and coordinated with the other three pillars. Follow the trajectory > Key measures are repeated over time, so the plan evolves with the guest.

MEDICAL

A S SE S SM E N TS

Your programme is built on a medical assessment designed around its goals. The assessments below can be added to it: to look more closely at a specific concern, to explore an area your programme does not cover, or to follow up on a first result. Your physician can recommend those most relevant to you and interprets every result within your plan.

01

GENERAL ASSESSMENT Medical Health Evaluation A consultation with a CLP physician in which your medical history, lifestyle and goals are reviewed alongside a physical examination and vital signs. It is the natural starting point for any medical treatment added to your stay, and allows your physician to recommend the assessments and interventions that will be most meaningful for you.

Advanced Blood, Urine & Stool Analyses Additional markers that extend the panel included in your programme, for a closer look at metabolism, inflammation, organ function, micronutrient status, hormonal balance or gut health. Where your history or first results call for it, your physician selects further hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional or organ-specific markers, so that your plan rests on the most relevant data.

Electrocardiogram A quick, painless recording of the heart's electrical activity at rest. It assesses heart rhythm and conduction, and provides a useful reference point before physical activity or further cardiac evaluation.

10

Cl i n i q u e L a Pra i ri e Ph u ket

02

R ADIOLOGY Performed during your stay when medically indicated, these examinations offer a detailed view of the body's structures. Each is interpreted by your physician in light of your history and your other results.

Brain MRI Magnetic resonance imaging provides detailed images of the brain's structure without the use of radiation. It can reveal changes that do not yet cause symptoms, supporting early and informed decisions about brain health.

Chest CT Scan with Calcium Scoring A low-dose CT scan of the chest that includes coronary artery calcium scoring, a measure of calcified plaque in the arteries of the heart. The score refines the assessment of cardiovascular risk, while the images also allow the lungs to be examined.

Echocardiogram An ultrasound examination of the heart that visualises its chambers, walls and valves in motion. It assesses the heart's structure and pumping function, without radiation.

Doppler Ultrasound A non-invasive ultrasound that measures blood flow through the arteries and veins. It helps detect narrowing, obstruction or venous insufficiency in the vessels examined.

11

I — The Medical Pillar

Carotid Ultrasound An ultrasound of the carotid arteries in the neck, which carry blood to the brain. It assesses the thickness of the artery walls and the presence of plaque, refining the estimate of cardiovascular and stroke risk.

Abdominal Ultrasound A non-invasive ultrasound of the abdominal organs, including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys and spleen. It can identify changes such as fatty liver or gallstones before they cause symptoms.

Thyroid Ultrasound An ultrasound of the thyroid gland that assesses its size and structure and identifies any nodules. It complements blood tests of thyroid function.

Pelvic Ultrasound A non-invasive ultrasound of the pelvic organs. In women, it assesses the uterus and ovaries; it can also be used to examine the bladder.

Prostate Ultrasound An ultrasound that assesses the size and structure of the prostate gland. Often combined with blood testing, it supports prostate health monitoring over time.

M EDI CAL S PECIALITI ES

Consultations and specialist tests that can be added when a concern calls for an expert opinion, or to explore a dimension of your health in more depth. Each specialist works in coordination with your physician.

Cardiology Consultation A consultation with a cardiologist to evaluate heart health and cardiovascular risk. Your history, risk factors and test results are reviewed together to define a clear, preventive plan.

Cardiac Stress Test The heart's electrical activity and blood pressure are monitored while you exercise at progressively increasing intensity, under medical supervision. The test shows how the heart responds to exertion and informs both cardiovascular risk and safe exercise recommendations.

Neurologist Consultation A consultation with a neurologist to assess the health of the brain and nervous system. It may address concerns such as memory, headaches, balance or sensation, and helps interpret the findings of cognitive testing or brain imaging.

Cognitive Assessment A structured evaluation of key cognitive functions, such as memory, attention, processing speed and executive function, using validated tests. It establishes a personal reference against which cognitive health can be followed over time.

14

Cl i n i q u e L a Pra i ri e Ph u ket

Pneumology Consultation A consultation with a pulmonologist to evaluate respiratory health. It may address breathlessness, persistent cough or sleep-related breathing concerns, and helps interpret lung findings, including those from chest imaging.

Psychology Consultation A confidential consultation with a psychologist to explore emotional wellbeing, stress, mood, sleep or periods of transition. It offers a space to be heard, to clarify what matters and to identify practical strategies, coordinated with the Wellbeing Pillar where helpful.

LONGE VIT Y

IN T ERV E N T IONS

Prescribed by your physician when clinically justified, these interventions can be added to your programme to act on what your results have shown, from correcting deficiencies to supporting the body's own capacity for recovery and repair. They always complement your plan, never replace any part of it.

IV Drips A personalised intravenous infusion of vitamins, minerals, amino acids or antioxidants, delivered directly into the bloodstream. Formulated by your physician according to your results and needs, it is administered under medical supervision in a calm, comfortable setting.

Antioxidant Injections Targeted injections of antioxidants such as glutathione, one of the body's key natural defences against oxidative stress. Prescribed when clinically justified, they complement the antioxidant strategy built through nutrition and lifestyle.

Ozone Therapy A complementary therapy using a precise mixture of medical-grade oxygen and ozone, most commonly by drawing a small amount of blood, enriching it and returning it to the body. Performed by a physician after medical evaluation, it is integrated into your plan when appropriate for your profile.

Whole-Body Cryotherapy A brief exposure of just a few minutes to extremely cold, dry air in a dedicated cryotherapy chamber. Used to support recovery after physical effort and to ease muscle tension, it leaves many guests with a pronounced sense of energy and alertness. Suitability is checked by the medical team beforehand. 16

AESTHETIC

M E DICIN E

At Clinique La Prairie, the skin is understood as a living organ and one of the most visible expressions of how we age. Aesthetic medicine follows the same logic as every pillar: assess first, then act with precision and restraint, so that results look natural and feel entirely like you. It rests on a simple principle: preservation is more powerful than rescue. Acting early, guided by objective data, allows outcomes that are more natural, more durable and achieved through less invasive means. Every aesthetic treatment can be added to your stay, following a consultation with an aesthetic physician.

01

ASSESSMENTS Aesthetic Medicine Consultation A one-to-one consultation with an aesthetic physician. Your goals, medical history and skin are assessed together, and the options best suited to you are explained with clarity, including what to expect, when to act, and when not to act at all.

High-Tech Skin Analysis An objective, technology-driven analysis of the skin that assesses parameters such as texture, hydration, pigmentation, redness and signs of photodamage. It creates a precise baseline that guides your treatment plan and allows progress to be measured at every follow-up.

INTERVENTIONS

INJECTA BLES Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Regenerate and tone A regenerative treatment that uses the growth factors naturally present in your own blood. After a simple blood draw, the sample is processed to concentrate the platelets, which are then reintroduced into the skin with very fine needles to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. Treatment areas >

Face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp

Good to know >

Small bumps may appear at the injection sites and usually settle within a few hours. Regular sessions help sustain the results.

Hyaluronic Acid-Based Fillers Hydrate and restore volume Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin, where it retains moisture and supports volume, and its levels decline with age. Used in different forms, from lightweight formulations that deeply hydrate to gels that restore volume and soften folds, it refines contours with a natural-looking result. Treatment areas >

Lips, cheeks, chin, nasolabial folds, under-eyes, neck, décolleté, hands

Good to know >

Results are visible immediately. Temporary swelling or bruising may occur and resolves within a few days.

Botulinum Protein Soften expression lines Precisely placed injections gently relax the muscles responsible for expression lines, such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, for a smoother, more rested appearance. The treatment can also be used to reduce excessive sweating. Treatment areas >

Face, neck, underarms, hands, feet

Good to know >

The effect appears progressively over the first two weeks and lasts several months. 19

I — The Medical Pillar

SKIN R ENEWA L Fractional CO₂ Laser Resurfacing Smooth and refine A fractional CO₂ laser creates microscopic treatment zones in the skin, triggering deep renewal and the production of new collagen. It smooths fine lines, refines texture and improves the appearance of scars. Treatment areas >

Face, neck, décolleté

Good to know >

Around a week of downtime is recommended, with redness followed by peeling. Strict sun protection is essential in the weeks that follow.

Laser Toning & Pigment Correction Even and clarify A precision laser delivers ultra-short pulses that target excess pigment in the skin, fading sunspots and evening out skin tone. It can also be combined with a carbon mask for a deep-cleansing laser facial that refines the pores and brings clarity to the complexion. Treatment areas >

Face, neck, décolleté, hands

Good to know >

Mild redness may follow for a few hours. Sun exposure should be avoided before and after treatment.

Medical LED Light Therapy Soothe and restore A calming, non-invasive session of medical-grade LED light, combining several wavelengths selected for your skin's needs, from soothing redness and blemishes to supporting radiance and recovery. It is also an ideal complement to other aesthetic procedures. Treatment areas >

II — THE NUTRITION PILLAR

F O OD B U I L D S T H E B ODY, A N D I T S PE A K S T O I T Few things shape health as continuously as what we eat. Repeated several times a day, every meal becomes part of the biological environment in which ageing takes place. Food is both substrate, the material our cells use to build and repair, and signal, influencing metabolism, the gut microbiome and the pathways linked to healthy ageing. This is why nutrition at Clinique La Prairie is a structured system

THE AMBITION: A WAY OF EATING THAT IS SCIENTIFICALLY GROUNDED, CLINICALLY APPROPRIATE, AND REALISTIC LONG AFTER THE STAY.

rather than a standard healthy diet. It rests on the CLP AntiInflammatory Signature Diet: a plant-forward, whole-food pattern, rich in colour and diversity, guided by four principles. Restore gut ecology and the intestinal barrier. Protect the body's natural antioxidant defences. Reset by reducing avoidable metabolic and inflammatory burden. Repair tissues through quality protein, healthy fats and micronutrients. The same foundation is then personalised for each guest, with attention not only to what is on the plate, but to when it is eaten, in rhythm with the body's natural clock.

These assessments offer a closer look at how your body uses energy, responds to food and hosts its microbial ecosystem. Each can be added to your programme to refine the plan built with your nutritionist, or to explore a specific question in more depth.

Nutrition Consultation A personalised consultation with a CLP nutritionist to build or refine your Nutrition Action Plan. Your eating habits, goals and any assessment results are brought together, grounded in the CLP Anti-Inflammatory Signature Diet and adapted to your needs, preferences and daily life, so that the plan remains realistic long after your stay.

Body Composition Analysis A precise, non-invasive analysis that maps muscle, fat and water, segment by segment. Because healthy ageing depends on preserving muscle, not only on body weight, it guides your energy and protein needs and allows progress to be followed over time.

Heavy Metals, Minerals & Vitamins Screening A quick, non-invasive screening that estimates the body's status in key minerals, trace elements, vitamins and heavy metals. Its results are indicative: they are interpreted alongside your history and laboratory results, and your physician may recommend confirmatory testing where needed.

26

Cl i n i q u e L a Pra i ri e Ph u ket

Continuous Glucose Monitoring A small sensor worn on the upper arm tracks glucose levels day and night over several days. It reveals how your body responds to meals, activity, stress and sleep, patterns that a single blood test cannot show. Results are interpreted with your nutritionist within a structured protocol to fine-tune your plan.

Gut Microbiota Test Molecular screening of the gut microbiota from a simple stool sample reveals the diversity and composition of your intestinal ecosystem, a key link between nutrition, immunity, metabolism and wellbeing. Results guide both your diet and, where indicated, targeted probiotic support.

III — THE WELLBEING PILLAR

T H E C A PAC I T Y T O R E C OV E R , C ON N E C T A ND THRIVE Wellbeing is more than a passing sense of calm. It shapes how long, and how well, we live. At Clinique La Prairie, it is understood as both a resource for healthy ageing and one of its most meaningful outcomes, woven into the method alongside the Medical, Nutrition and Movement pillars. Stress is part of life, and in short bursts it sharpens focus. What wears the body down is stress that is intense, frequent or never

WELLBEING IS THE CAPACITY TO RECOVER, CONNECT, THINK CLEARLY, FEEL AT EASE IN ONE'S BODY, AND TAKE PART MEANINGFULLY IN LIFE.

fully recovered from. The Wellbeing Pillar does not seek to eliminate it, but to strengthen the body's capacit y to recover and return to balance. Physical and mental wellbeing are approached as two distinct dimensions of one system. Physical wellbeing, meaning comfort, energy, restorative sleep and recover y, is supported through massage, Thai healing rituals and recover y technologies. Mental wellbeing, meaning emotional balance, resilience and connection, is nurtured through meditation, breathwork and sound. Each guest receives the smallest effective combination of care, because more is not always better.

Whispers of Plai

120 MINUTES

Luk Prakob workshop, plai body scrub and Luk Prakob massage A journey into Thailand's herbal wisdom that begins where tradition is made. In a hands-on workshop, fragrant plai, camphor and native herbs are gathered and bound into Luk Prakob compresses, just as healers have done for centuries. A plai-infused scrub then awakens the skin with its warm, citruswoody scent, before the ritual closes with a rhythmic massage using the warm herbal compresses. Plai, Thailand's revered golden herb, is the quiet thread woven through every step.

Nuad Thai Pan Boran

60 OR 90 MINUTES

Traditional Thai massage Thailand's traditional massage, rooted in centuries-old technique and handed down from generation to generation. Rhythmic stretching, acupressure and gentle compression along the body's energy lines release tension and restore ease of movement, leaving you balanced, relaxed and renewed.

I V — TH E MOVEM ENT PI LL AR

M OV I NG W I T H PR E C ISION , F OR A L I F E L I V E D F U L LY Movement is at the heart of sustaining the body's optimal function. At Clinique La Prairie, it embraces ever y conscious physical action, from daily activit y and recreation to structured exercise, with exercise physiology guiding each guest to move safely and effectively as the years pass. The goal is not only to extend life, but to improve its qualit y through precision. That precision begins with the Movement Index, which looks at four systems that underpin healthy ageing.

CONSCIOUSNESS OF MOVEMENT IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS PRESERVING IT.

CARDIAC & PULMONARY. Heart and lungs, endurance and oxygenation. OSTEOARTICULAR. Joints and bones, and the freedom of movement they allow. STRENGTH. Functional strength that protects metabolic health and vitality. NEUROLOGICAL. Awareness, balance and coordination: the mind's role in movement. Each intervention may target a specific system, yet the body is always treated as one unified whole. And because incremental daily changes build lasting health, the work that matters most continues at home, through personalised routines and ongoing guidance.
