System setup

ATEX Zones inside tank wall External cleaning: Typically zone II or unrestricted Internal cleaning: Typically zone II when ventilated

Load Arrestors

ATEX Zones outside tank walls Often without ATEX restrictions. If restricted HWP [Hot Work Permit] is necessary.

Robot and control box available in CE ATEX II version Operation in ATEX II zones can also be performed with HWP [Hot Work Permit] In- line Heater [HB0000X] Connection for voltage and frequency must comply with delivered product configuration. System can run without In-line heater or purchased locally if needed.

External cleaning, load arrestor placement. Pulley setup is recommended.

Minimum Entry dimensions Ø650 mm [25.6 Inch] without removing tracks High pressure hoses: MA00039 (supplied) + M000495 between pump and heater if needed. Control cable to operator: M000136 Orange control cable (supplied) Power and control to robot: M000668 red hybrid cable (supplied)

High Pressure System [HPS000X] Pump Power: 380-440 V / 32A (cables supplied) Pump Water: 25 l/min+ (hoses supplied) Robot power: 230 V / 16A (cables supplied) (connected to electrical cabinet on pump)

Internal cleaning, load arrestor placement. Always operate between two load arrestors
