Pastor Andrell D Collier-Greene is a passionate and purpose-driven leader, communicator, and spiritual visionary committed to building people, restoring hope, and bridging the gap between tradition and transformation. He is the son of Adrienne Jones and Carlos Simpson, and the proud grandson of Pastor Isaac Greene and Carolyn Collier Greene, whose godly influence and example helped shape his spiritual foundation. Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Pastor Greene was instilled with strong traditional values by his mother and grandparents. At a young age, he accepted Christ and was baptized at Macedonia Baptist Church in Orangeburg, SC marking the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith and leadership. Even as a child, he displayed a divine calling preaching and mimicking his grandfather as early as age three in his daycare center
What began as imitation soon became impartation, as God began to stir something real and lasting in him
Pastor Greene accepted the call to ministry in his early twenties, and since then has devoted his life to preaching the Gospel, developing leaders, and equipping the next generation. He has faithfully served the local church in multiple roles, including Bible study teacher, Sunday School teacher, event coordinator, preacher, and evangelist He also led a Bible study group during his college years, where he first experienced the power of peer-to-peer ministry and community building.
He served as Associate Minister of Acts Missionary Baptist Church in Santee, SC, under the leadership of his grandfather, Pastor Isaac Greene, and later as Associate Minister at Grace Christian Church in Columbia, SC, under the leadership of Pastor Aaron Bishop two appointments that shaped his heart for both traditional and progressive ministry styles.
In 2019, Pastor Greene earned both his Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministry and Master’s in Theology from the Great Commission School of Theology, further equipping him to rightly divide the Word and lead with depth and discipline.
He is married to Krystal Greene of Columbia, SC, and together they are raising two beautiful children. Their family serves as an example of faith, unity, and commitment to God’s will In response to the challenges of the pandemic, Pastor Greene launched Making A Difference (MAD) Ministry, an innovative online platform that ministered to hundreds through digital outreach. Under MAD, he led individuals to Christ via social media, hosted vision board parties, organized Back-to-School Bashes, conducted baptisms, and hosted a Day of Therapy a mental health event merging faith and healing for the community
In April 2025, Pastor Greene answered a new call to serve as Interim Pastor of Exodus Baptist Church in Orangeburg, SC. His leadership quickly sparked spiritual momentum, and he now serves as the Pastor-Elect of Exodus, committed to guiding the church into a new era of discipleship, innovation, and community outreach. In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Greene serves professionally as the Relationship Manager at the South Carolina Association of CPAs (SCACPA) in Cayce, SC, where he leads membership engagement, partnership development, and economic empowerment initiatives for professionals across the state. Whether behind the pulpit, leading in the marketplace, or pouring into the community, Pastor Greene lives by this core conviction: “I am here to make a difference.”
Pastor Adeira Black is a Graduate of West Florence High School, where he served on many clubs, programs and other educational endeavors. While attending West Florence High school he directed the West Florence High School gospel choir.
Pastor Adeira Black is the youngest of seven children to Dr. Roscoe and Mrs. Bessie Black. He was saved at the tender age of 11 years old. He accepted his calling to the ministryat age of 17 and was licensed in the ministry October, 2002.
Pastor Adeira Black serves on several community leadership and planning committees, also Logistic Coordinator for many Christian and Educational Conferences. Adeira is Chaplain of Myers Mortuary, Columbia SC. He presently serves as of Pastor Hickory Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Rowesville, SC.
Pastor Adeira Black was appointed Director of Hospitality of the Baptist Educational & Missionary Convention of South Carolina from 2018-2024 by Dr. Donald E. Greene. Pastor Black is the Moderator of the Mt. Olive Baptist Association, a Board Member of the Baptist Educational & Missionary Convention of South Carolina and currently in extended studies in the Preaching Peer Learning Cohort through the Clamp Divinity School Anderson University.
Pastor Adeira Black is married to the former Antoinette Nettles and together they are proud parents of two children, Braxton Alexzandria and Charles Alexander.

3. SERVE THE LORD FAITHFULLY THIS IS NOT A SPECTATOR MINISTRY GOD HAS PLACED GIFTS AND PURPOSE IN EVERY MEMBER AS YOUR PASTOR LABORS TO EQUIP THE SAINTS, RISE UP AND DO YOUR PART BE DEPENDABLE IN SERVICE, GENEROUS IN GIVING, AND BOLD IN YOUR WITNESS.

1 PREACH THE WORD BOLDLY AND FAITHFULLY PAUL TOLD TIMOTHY IN 2 TIMOTHY 4:2, “PREACH THE WORD; BE INSTANT IN SEASON AND OUT OF SEASON; REPROVE, REBUKE, EXHORT WITH ALL LONGSUFFERING AND DOCTRINE.” PASTOR, YOUR FIRST RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT TO PLEASE PEOPLE IT’S TO PLEASE GOD. PREACH THE WHOLE COUNSEL OF GOD WHETHER IT SHOUTS THE HOUSE OR CONVICTS THE HEART STAY ROOTED IN THE GOSPEL, AND DON’T WATER DOWN THE TRUTH.
2. SHEPHERD THE FLOCK WITH COMPASSION JESUS SAID IN JOHN 10:11, “I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD: THE GOOD SHEPHERD GIVETH HIS LIFE FOR THE SHEEP.” THIS IS NOT A PLATFORM FOR EGO IT IS A MANTLE FOR SACRIFICE LOVE THESE PEOPLE VISIT THEM PRAY FOR THEM. CORRECT THEM WHEN NEEDED, BUT COVER THEM IN GRACE. DON’T JUST LEAD FROM THE PULPIT LEAD FROM YOUR HEART.
3. LIVE A LIFE ABOVE REPROACH 1 TIMOTHY 3 OUTLINES THE CHARACTER OF A BISHOP: BLAMELESS, SOBER, FAITHFUL, AND NOT GREEDY FOR GAIN YOUR LIFESTYLE MUST MATCH YOUR SERMON. YOUR INTEGRITY MUST GO BEYOND SUNDAY MORNING. BE FAITHFUL TO YOUR CALLING, FAITHFUL TO YOUR FAMILY, AND FAITHFUL TO YOUR GOD.
4. PRAY WITHOUT CEASING PASTOR, YOU CANNOT LEAD THIS CHURCH ON CHARISMA ALONE YOU MUST LEAD THEM ON YOUR KNEES JESUS OFTEN WITHDREW TO PRAY AND IF HE NEEDED PRAYER, SO DO YOU. YOUR POWER IS NOT IN THE MIC IT’S IN YOUR PRAYER LIFE.
5. ENDURE HARDSHIP LIKE A GOOD SOLDIER THIS CALLING WILL NOT ALWAYS BE EASY THERE WILL BE CRITICS, DRY SEASONS, AND DAYS WHEN YOU FEEL ALONE. BUT 2 TIMOTHY 2:3 SAYS, “ENDURE HARDNESS, AS A GOOD SOLDIER OF JESUS CHRIST.” DON’T QUIT WHEN IT GETS TOUGH. STAY PLANTED. STAY PRAYERFUL. STAY FAITHFUL. THE SAME GOD WHO CALLED YOU IS THE SAME GOD WHO WILL KEEP YOU.
6 LEAD WITH VISION, BUT WALK WITH WISDOM WRITE THE VISION. MAKE IT PLAIN. BUT DON’T RUN AHEAD OF GOD. DON’T BE DRIVEN BY POPULARITY OR TRENDS. BE LED BY THE SPIRIT. SEEK WISE COUNSEL. LISTEN TO YOUR PEOPLE. AND ALWAYS FOLLOW JESUS. FINAL WORD PREACH WITH POWER SERVE WITH HUMILITY LOVE WITH SINCERITY AND LEAD WITH INTEGRITY IF YOU DO, THIS CHURCH WILL GROW NOT JUST IN NUMBER, BUT IN FAITH, IN UNITY, AND IN POWER.
