MEET ERIC BOWDEN
Founder of IMPACT |Author| Speaker Eric Bowden is the founder of IMPACT, an author, speaker, and training specialist with a passion for helping individuals and leaders discover their potential,walk confidently in their purpose, and achieve success. Through his work, Eric equips others with practical strategies for personal growth, leadership, and purposeful living. He is the author of IMPACT: Living a Balanced and Successful Lifestyle, where he shares 10 steps designed to help individuals create balance, pursue success, and make a meaningful impact in the world. Eric is also the founder of Eternal Release, a nonprofit organization based in Columbia, South Carolina, dedicated to serving and empowering others. In addition to his leadership and community work, he is a licensed minister in the Church of God. At the heart of Eric’s life and mission is his commitment to faith, family, purpose, and impact. He is the devoted husband of Renada Bowden and proud father of Erika and Jaden Bowden.
Whether through speaking, training, ministry, or community service, Eric’s mission remains clear: to inspire people to discover their purpose, maximize their potential, and make an IMPACT.

KATIE HARWICK Katie Harwick, LISW-CP, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and psychotherapist with the Department of Veterans Affairs, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, with additional training in perinatal mental health. As a Veteran, Katie combines clinical expertise with lived experience to serve those impacted by military culture and mental health challenges. Her mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health by promoting strength, resilience, accountability, and healing. A strong advocate for women Veterans and families, Katie is passionate about expanding mental health support and helping parents navigate the challenges of balancing career, identity, and family. Known for her direct, authentic, and compassionate approach, she empowers others to be present, intentional, and willing to seek support when needed. B. James McCallum, MD, FACP Dr. B. James McCallum is a practicing physician and medical educator with more than 20 years of experience. A graduate of Davidson College and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at Palmetto Health Richland and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and holds clinical faculty appointments with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. McCallum is an award-winning educator who has received numerous honors for excellence in teaching, including multiple Teacher of the Year awards and the Faculty Physician of the Year Award. Nationally recognized for his work in preventing and managing disruptive behavior, he also serves in leadership roles with the Dorn Research Institute and the South Carolina State Board of Medical Examiners. KENNEDI MCNAIR
Kennedi McNair is a 16-year-old student at Blythewood High School and the creative force behind Hooked on Healing with Kennedi, a crochet business and platform that uses creativity to encourage conversations about mental health. An honor roll student in the AVID Early College Program, Kennedi is an accomplished clarinetist, public speaker, and debater, earning first place twice in the Great Debate. She also participates in marching band, travel volleyball, swimming, and several youth leadership programs. Kennedi is passionate about giving back, volunteering with organizations including Harvest Hope Food Bank, Hannah House, and Transitions Homeless Shelter. Looking ahead, Kennedi plans to attend the University of South Carolina to study Psychology and pursue a career as a Mental Health Therapist for young adults. Through entrepreneurship, service, and leadership, Kennedi is already making a meaningful impact in her community.
Jeremy, a retired disabled veteran, is a lodging accommodations industry expert with particular expertise in providing housing for corporate and government personnelaround the globe. His experience building and operating a corporate housing brand from the ground up—while maintaining a laser focus on quality of service—has enabled him to develop and deliver creative, scalable solutions tailored to mission-driven clients. With a background in military operations and human resources, Jeremy brings a unique blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial vision to every engagement. Jeremy is also the founder of Project Rebuild, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to rebuilding the inner-city youth in Wilmington, NC. CONFERENCE SPEAKER

DR. TRACEY D. RAY Dr. Tracey D. Ray is a dynamic leader and advocate with over 30 years of experience serving marginalized populations. She currently serves as Executive Director of Safe Haven of Pender & Duplin Counties, supporting survivors of domestic violence through advocacy, housing, education, and prevention. A nationally and internationally recognized presenter and trainer, Dr. Ray also serves in leadership with the North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal from Regent University, along with master’s degrees in counseling and theology. An author, mother, and grandmother, Dr. Ray is passionate about faith, restoration, empowerment, and helping others discover purpose through life’s challenges.
Bishop Jason Garner is a passionate minister of the Gospel whose exuberant preaching style and genuine love for people have allowed him to minister effectively to every generation and background. Through his preaching, teaching, leadership, and personal ministry, Bishop Garner is committed to sharing the hope, truth, and transforming power of Jesus Christ. For more than three decades, Bishop Garner has faithfully answered the call to ministry. He has served as a youth pastor, lead pastor, teacher, mentor, and community leader, with a deep commitment to helping people grow in their faith and discover God's purpose for their lives. Bishop Garner has been married to his wife, April, since March of 1996. Together, they have three daughters, Emily, Bethany, and Lilli, and are blessed with three grandchildren. Since the fall of 2024, Bishop Garner has served as the lead pastor of International Praise of Elgin, SC. When he is not pastoring and serving the church, Bishop Jason enjoys traveling with April and their youngest daughter, Lilli, spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, and watching college football. MAKENZIE GOODWIN Makenzie Goodwin is a young entrepreneur with a passion for capturing authentic moments. She's the photographer and creative force behind Loc'd in Photography, LLC, founded in 2025. Makenzie's journey began unexpectedly while taking photographs during worship services at church, where she discovered a hidden talent and a love for photography. What started as a simple opportunity quickly grew into a passion and a business dedicated to capturing people in their natural beauty. She especially enjoys meeting new people and photographing individuals outdoors, where natural light and beautiful surroundings create the perfect setting. While she has her favorites, she's always excited to try something new and bring fresh creativity to every session. Through Loc'd in Photography, LLC, her goal is simple: capture moments, personalities, and memories that you'll want to hold onto forever.
