Bishop Duane Greene
Pastor Greene started a ministry on the streets of Columbia, South Carolina to the homeless and to the salvation army. He was known as Ambassador to the Hood.
Action for Christ Ministry was formed in 1996. This Ministry represented "All Christians Together In One Name", and that name is JESUS. This ministry hit the streets hard, to be a blessing to all people. The physical location of the Ministry was on North Main Street and later moved to Beltline where it was used as a church and a Thrift store.
The Ministry later transferred to his home in Winchester in 1998. It was called Fellowship in the Spirit. Here Pastor Greene served grits, bacon and eggs to the people, as they sat in his living room. He fed them in the Spirit and in the natural.
Pastor Greene then launched out of his home and the Church was started in 2000. Pastor Greene was always on the move, following wherever God directed Him to go. The location of the Church was on River Drive. The members affectionate called it "The Pink Building."
In 2005 he moved to the building located on Park Lane, and the name became the Church Teaching, Equipping & Worship Center. It was later renamed The Church Teaching Center, (TCTC).

In 2011, TCTC moved to Fore Avenue where it is still located today.
In conjunction with the ministry of the physical church, Bishop Greene was led by God to start a virtual worship ministry over the telephone. It was called the Gospel Conference call and met Monday thru Friday mornings from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. This ministry has been going on for over 25 years.
He partnered 15 years ago with C-Hope ministries & Pastor Darell Alexander, and combined the call, and the conference call enlarged even more. This ministry reached people all over the world on a conference call line. There he ministered to and met so many children of God. Thus, a church family was formed. It not only resulted in ministering to others, but it also serves as a teaching center growing men and women in the Lord to be what God has called them to be.
Bishop Greene also falls under CAN Ministries, Covenant Apostolic Network, founder Apostle Randy Brown, where he was ordained as a Bishop and Apostle. He is known as Bishop on land and Apostle overseas. He also is in partnership with Missionary Church International Ministries (TMCI) and attends a men ' s prayer breakfast weekly here in Columbia.

Pastor, Dr. Gayle Brown is the glory of her husband and childhood sweetheart, Bishop Randy Brown. She is the mother of four adult children, proud grandmother of nine and ministers commendably at home to her family, as well as meeting the fulltime ministry needs of the church. Her marriage of 47 years and family lifestyle are a source of strength and healing for many marriages.
Pastor Gayle Brown is a graduate of the Amityville Memorial High School and at that time she was an outstanding Women’s Basketball player receiving multiple scholarships to several colleges. Pastor Gayle had a career for twenty years as an EMT/
Ambulance Paramedic with the Wyandanch Amb Medical Center, and the Monroe Region A Pastor Gayle has received her PhD Doctorate in College and Seminary of
She and her husband Bishop Randy Brown began an accredited Bible College at the Bread of Life World Outreach Center in Wyandanch.
Pastor Gayle Brown is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She chose serving the Lord, so that people will understand that living a life with Jesus can bring a life of contentment, happiness, fulfillment and total satisfaction.

The contributions that Pastor Gayle has made to her community have been:
• Yearly conferences that build men and women up, to bring them to a place of walking in inner peace, embracing who they are and knowing that they are “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made”.
• Giving out free food to 2500 families per month. The Food Pantry serves fresh produce and fresh vegetables, and staples, and cooked foods throughout the pandemic.
• Back-to-School Jump-off where we facilitate loaded backpacks to every student in attendance. The backpacks are filled with everything a student will need for a successful school year, and we service up to 1500 students per summer; as well as giving them a safe environment to play. Also, haircuts are given to the young men, manicures and hair breading to the young ladies.• Marriage Seminars to empower married couples to keep their love fresh and alive.
• Street Evangelism is a very strong community tool that are used on Long Island, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Manha the teachings of Jesus
Pastor Gayle has both lived and traveled extensively abroad with her husband Bishop Randy, bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ predominately to the many countries of Africa. Their first missionary visit was in 1978, where they ministered in Kenya for one year. Then in 1980 they spent one year in Calabar, Nigeria.
In addition to Ghana, Uganda, Congo, Cameroon, Jamaica, Trinidad, the US Virgin Islands and China, she now makes frequent missionary trips to the Republic of Togo, West Africa, ministering and bringing with them teams to evangelize. Apostle Randy and I make frequent trips into Africa, because we have an orphanage that we support in three countries of Africa.

Together, Pastor Gayle and Bishop Randy pastor and oversee Bread of Life World Outreach Center, Wyandanch (Long Island), NY. Their vision is one of prayer, to establish New Testament churches, to train and equip five-fold ministers; deliverance, healing and to take missionary teams and the gospel to the uttermost parts of the world.
Pastor Gayle has a special place in her heart for women. Her burden for women led her to start "Women's Encounter." She has hosted many conferences drawing women together from different faiths, cultures, and races to empower them with the Gospel. In addition to Women's Encounter and Ladies Connect, God has also anointed her to host Marriage Encounter and Family Encounter conferences, ministering to the complete needs of women and their families. Her sole purpose is to be a servant of our Lord Jesus. Pastor Gayle is a soughtafter speaker with the fruits and gifts of the spirit flowing mightily in her life. Pastor Gayle is a published author, morning radio show host, accomplished entrepreneur, revered Pastor, loving mother and grandmother and a devoted wife; she is truly a Proverbs 31 woman. What people don’t know about Pastor Gayle Brown is that she is a lover of the Food Network Cooking Channel. She is totally confident that if she ever had the chance to go on “Chopped” that she would win because she could cook something with mystery ingredients that would be delicious and decadent

A Word of Gratitude
As I reflect on these past thirty years of ministry, my heart is filled with overwhelming gratitude. First and always, I give thanks to God—for His grace, His calling, and His faithfulness through every season. Without Him, none of this would have been possible.
To my family: thank you for your sacrifices, your patience, your prayers, and your unwavering love. You have stood beside me in moments seen and unseen, and I am deeply grateful for the strength you have given me.
To my fellow clergy, ministry partners, and leaders thank you for walking with me, sharpening me, and laboring faithfully in the vineyard of the Lord. Ministry was never meant to be carried alone, and I am thankful for the shoulders God placed beside mine.
To this church family and every life I have been privileged to serve: thank you for trusting me, praying for me, and allowing me to be a part of your journeys. You have shaped me as much as I have served you, and I will forever cherish what God has done among us.
As we celebrate this milestone, I do so with humility, knowing that every step has been ordered by God. My prayer is that my life and ministry have pointed others to Christ and brought glory to His name.
