Dynamic GREEN LEDs for Highest Visibility

Research by the Fire Safety Engineering Group (FSEG) found that people often didn’t notice static exit signage, whereas significantly more people noticed dynamic exit signage. This led to the development of the CleverEVAC Dynamic Green Exit Light.

The Dynamic Green mode is activated upon a loss of mains power. It can also be triggered either by a 24VDC or a voltage free open/close signal from the fire detection or other building safety system.

The SoundEscape™ option which combines the audible locatable sound technology including voice announcements is available with the Dynamic Green Exit Light.

CleverEVAC Dynamic Red X Exit Light can display a red cross with ﬂashing corners, alerting those evacuating to seek an alternative exit. Using advanced lighting and printing technology, the red cross with ﬂashing corners has been proven through the Fire Safety Engineering Group (FSEG) research to be intuitive and effective in demonstrating negative enforcement.

The Dynamic Red X mode is triggered either by a 24VDC or voltage free open/close signal from the fire detection or other building safety system. The Dynamic Red X Exit Light also has the Dynamic Green mode built in, to accommodate different fire and evacuation scenarios. The use of the Red X must be designed and documented by a fire safety engineer.

Research by the Fire Safety Engineering Group (FSEG) found that people often didn’t notice static exit signage, whereas signiﬁcantly more people noticed dynamic exit signage. This led to the development of the CleverEVAC Dynamic Green Blade Exit Light.

The Dynamic Green mode is activated upon a loss of mains power. It can also be triggered either by a 24VDC or a voltage free open/close signal from the ﬁre detection or other building safety system.
