EVENT OVERVIEW Aspire!: Pg. 4 Annual Gala benefiting the Akron branch of BGCNEO. Attendees enjoy a great meal, event auction, youth choir performance, and an update from our leadership. Around 350 people join us for the event annually. The 2021 event is going virtual! We are excited that even more people will be able to join us from all around the region. The event is scheduled to take place on March 27, 2021. Race for Kids: Pg. 5 Annual 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk to benefit BGCNEO. Participation includes free entry to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for the day, face painting, and live entertainment after the race. With both in-person and virtual registrations available, this event reaches approximately 1,000 people. The 2021 event is scheduled to take place on June 26, 2021. Taco Bell Golf Tournament: Pg. 6 Annual golf tournament put on in partnership with Taco Bell benefiting the Cleveland branch of BGCNEO. Teams have the chance to enjoy the day on the greens, all while benefitting the kids who need us most. Around 100 people join us for the event annually. The 2021 event is tentatively scheduled to take place on June 28, 2021 at Barrington Country Club. Blue Jeans for Blue Doors: Pg. 7 Blue Jeans for Blue Doors is a fun night on the town benefiting the Erie County branch of BGCNEO. Attendees have the chance to wine and dine together, bid on auction items, purchase keys for the Blue Doors drawing, and hear an update on Boys & Girls Clubs. Around 150 people join us for the event annually. This event is typically held in September, 2021 date TBD. Lorain Golf Outing: Pg. 8 Annual golf tournament benefiting the Lorain County branch of BGCNEO. Teams have the chance to play a round of golf with friends while supporting a great cause. Around 120 people join us for the event annually. This event is typically held in late August-September, 2021 date TBD.
