“At Cleveland State, I had the ability to work part time here at Rockwell as a co-op while I was still in school. It helped me see the value of what I was doing in classes and put that to practice in the field. That's something I think a lot of other colleges don't have the opportunity to do.” Caleb first met his current employer at a CSU co-op and career fair, which led to a six-month co-op placement. He was treated like a full-time engineer from day one. By the end of his rotation, he was offered a permanent position — before he had graduated. “I knew I had found what I liked.
