This book contains design proposals for a new, multifaceted Center of Excellence (COE)
facility in Cange, Haiti. The COE will support the ongoing work of the Clemson Engineer’s for
Developing Countries (CEDC), a student service-learning organization focused on sustainable
infrastructure solutions throughout the central plateau of Haiti, and beyond.
