Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering (from an ABET-accredited program) and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or a closely related area. Experience or potential to conduct research in one or more of the following areas: Applied Statistics (Design of Experiments, Quality Control, Industrial Statistics), Operations Research, Production, Distribution, and Logistics.
