Conforme a los poderes y facultades que confiere la Ley 20-2017, según enmendada, el Departamento de Seguridad Publica propone la creación del Reglamento sobre Normas y Procedimientos para la Operación y Administración de los Sistemas de Aeronaves Pequeñas No Tripuladas. Este se encuentra disponible para revisión de la ciudadanía en la página Web del Departamento de Seguridad Publica www.dsp.pr.gov. Este reglamento se realiza de acuerdo con la Ley 20-2017, según enmendada y la Ley 38-2017, según enmendada.
