Project Manager – Design JUF Operations, LLC -Fajardo, Puerto Rico Define and manage project design scope, objectives, and deliverables; coordinate design teams; track design packages; issue and review RFPs; liaise with consultants and stakeholders; monitor budgets and schedules; and review design documentation. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in project or design coordination in construction, architectural, or real estate development environments.
