Year 3 children had a lovely time at Legoland last week. The children were able to visit mini land, making geographical references, watch a fabulous 4D show and experience the thrill of a couple of age-appropriate rides. The highlight of the day was the Legoland Cod-ing workshop. During this session, led by the experienced Legoland team, the children were tasked to design and make a fairground ride. Once they made their structure, the next challenge was to add movement and sound. Using their coding skills, all children achieved this with some impressive results.

Year 4 had a fantastic day out to the Winchester Science Centre this week, from creating slime to exploring space. Children also looked at far away galaxies in the brilliant planetarium and explored how far their voices could travel. With great enthusiasm, the children explored all exhibits and thoroughly enjoyed the interactive nature of the museum.

Stable Court is embracing the beauty and bounty of the natural resources and inspiring spaces that surround them. Years 3 to 6 is are building dens, creating imaginative spaces and shaping their own environment through play at lunchtime
