RF speaking to the Customs Street to Wyndham Street, Albert Street map, goes over footpath and roadway works schedule. Talks about specific sites around Customs Street, Swansons Street, Mills Lane and gives expected time of works starting and completion. Works around the fono dental .

Nick Adams – C1. Backfill started between the tunnels and Tunnel boxes should be done by end of November. CPO now on new foundations and underpinning now complete. The old steel is going to be recycled and used elsewhere. Nearing the point were we can start installing new escalators Early to mid December for the new escalators. Need to remove old temporary accomodations. Street scape works. Watermain works will start later this month. By March 2020 will have western side of lower queen street done in terms of urban realm. Precinct will do their work near Quay street – likely late 2020 December 2020 for completion of lower Street including pavers. June 2021 will have the plaza area completed. Still have another year and a half after this year is up for end of C1 works Trees questions – CRL will put in 4 trees (7m-tall pohutakawa trees) -precienct will put in the last one. Statue questioned – Statue is in precinct territority so is a Precinct question. Precinct ask when will works outside of the Zurich and H&M building. NA said the works will start early January. What happens to pedestrains during that time? NA said peds will be redirected through the middle of lower Queen Street. Will the water be turned off again? BS that was an accident and it was a watercare issue – we will endeavour to never have that happen again. How low will the street be? Will there be a lip/ramp to get up to our accommodation? (Noel)

Councillers will have to address late night revellers. Street level on Tyler Street. Working with brandy and tyler street that the street level is all good so cars don’t scrape going into car parks but still drains well. Parking on or off Customs Street. Tanya - If works aren’t finished by Decemeber 2020 will there be a blackout for the America’s cup? Yes.
MHC gives general CRL update. Finished with C6 Mt Eden contract. Aotea Station works – underqway with utility works, you’ll see big changes from wyndam (?) street moving forward. My March we’ll be blocking of Wellesly Street intersection. Putting in a site compound in soon. Very shortly we’ll start seeing K-rd demolition. Mt Eden demolition has already started. Tunnel walk through 17th November – CLG invited to special walkthrough.
