• External engagement specialist, William Keung, provides independent, individualised, free, accessible support and specialist services – and access to funding.
• Evaluation of first year and implementation of recommendations – including increasing amount to $3000 and very positive feedback about William’s support.
• EAP (counselling) support also available – free of charge
