Welcome
Introduction to Community Liaison Group (CLG) meeting. - Here to provide an update on utility works, community engagement activities, DWPs for stages 1 – 3 (as discussed at previous CLG) and introduce the Delivery Work Plans prepared for stages 4 and 5 of the utility works for Aotea. - All summary documents for the Management Plans have been provided to CLG attendees review prior to this meeting. Full documents available upon request

Programme -We are in the early works stage which involves locating and moving and station utilities, there are 5 stages to these works. Last CLG meeting we discussed and held a roundtable feedback session on the work plans for stages 1 – 3, overview

changes were made and these are now with Council for approval. -This session today is to discuss and hold a roundtable feedback session for work plans for stages 4 and 5.

Aotea Station update – utility works
- Update on utility works – investigations and relocations, and related activities including CCTV investigations, building condition surveys, monitoring system installations. - Staging plans were shown for stages 4a, 4b and 5.

- Update on stakeholder meetings and progress on issues, engagement with Aotea community new stakeholders through SIBD and noise and vibration plans for stages 4 & 5, Weekly drop in sessions are now running on Tuesday evenings at the update

Wellesley Centre, first Business forum will be held on 9th October* and the Development response strategy is being finalised.
First project monthly e-newsletter is soon to be released this month, with weekly email updates also commencing early October.

- Most feedback was on the SIBD and the TAP plans Delivery work plan - SIBD feedback was received and the changes made. - Traffic, parking and access DWP feedback mostly around access and updates Stages 1 – 3 loading bays. Approach was reviewed and amended where possible, and

the final version of the DWP now with Council incorporates these changes. - Next steps for these are to translate the requirements into construction and workforce briefs.

Stages 4 and 5 utilities works

Round Table
- Overview of stages 4 and 5 utilities works, as per previous staging diagrams - Works will involve site establishment at Bledisloe carpark, building canopy removals, temporary closure of Wellesley/Mayoral intersection - Draft DWPs for these works have been circulated to all members of the CLG with full reports available upon request - Roundtable activity now will allow each of you to speak one on one with the subject matter expert for each delivery work plan to ask questions and/or provide feedback.
