California Drought: Mandatory Actions
Due to the ongoing drought, currently in its 4th year, state regulations now require Paramount to reduce its water consumption by 12%. As a result, all water users must cut back on outside water usage in the following ways:

The consultant will assist the property owner in drawing up a landscape plan for presentation to and approval by the City.
